Production Manager

K. Brzęczek – a manufacturer of steel pipes and profiles, headquartered at Górnicza 1 in Kłobuck, is hiring a Production Manager.

Scope of Duties

• Responsibility for the functioning of the company’s production department,
• Responsibility for production staff,
• Coordinating and organizing the work of external service providers,
• Evaluating teams against production indicators,
• Managing the production area to ensure products are manufactured on time, in the required quantity and quality, while adhering to implemented standards,
• Supervising the organization of work of the subordinate team, including proper planning and recording of working time,
• Delegating tasks according to employees’ skills and evaluating their performance,
• Managing a team of foremen and shift leaders,
• Motivating and disciplining employees,
• Monitoring compliance with production standards and machine workload,
• Reporting production results in the assigned area,
• Preparing workplace instructions,
• Participating in projects to improve production processes and quality,
• Planning and coordinating activities to ensure efficiency,
• Organizing and supervising the production process.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is welcome,
• Secondary or higher technical education,
• Knowledge of English is an advantage,
• Ability to effectively organize and manage a team,
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills,
• Familiarity with working in a production environment,
• Accuracy and reliability,
• Independence,
• Ability to operate measuring tools (caliper, micrometer),
• Initiative and creativity in solving technical issues,
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
